86 of whom were unemployed while 86 of whom were economically inactive upon joining

885 people with a disability & 70 people of an ethnic minority

ROAD is a Building Better Opportunities Programme hosted by Groundwork NE & Cumbria. Jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund, we aim to provide support to the most disadvantaged groups in County Durham, who are furthest from the labour market and who experience significant barriers to work.
