From Tuesday 11th July, Health Trainer, Faye from Jack Drum Arts will be running Healthy Eating courses for ROAD Participants. The sessions are scheduled to run each Tuesday for ten weeks, held at the Bishop Auckland Lifeline premises, and will cover topics including: *Healthy Eating *Cooking on a Budget *Balanced Diet *Practical Cookery Sessions
