From time to time, ROAD Staff may wish to move into other roles within the Programme, or find alternative employment. As the Programme progresses, there may also be a requirement for additional staff. When this happens, job vacancies may become available, which will be detailed below.
Financial & Digital Inclusion Coach
Salary: Band 6, £21,391 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund
Location: The Workplace, Aycliffe Business Park, Heighington Lane, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, DL5 6AH
Post: Fixed Term Contract until 31st July 2019
If you are passionate about supporting people to improve their life chances and have a relevant level 4 qualification or the equivalent experience to be successful by:
- Working with clients to address barriers to employment and learning that encourage access to employment and learning to residents of Newton Aycliffe and Bishop Auckland
- Delivering a community based outreach service as part of BBO Road holistic support initiative which target clients with a specific need for support to move closer to the labour market
- Building and maintaining links with a range of support organisations and key partners to support people facing barriers to employment and learning
