Get Involved

Find your Potential

ROAD is a free employment support service that helps to improve skills, give access to training opportunities, build confidence, and offer valuable work experience – this will provide the skills required to enable us to work towards helping people to get a job that suits them.

Our support is uniquely tailored to the individual’s goals, interests and needs. We work closely with Participants every step of the way on their journey into volunteering, training and employment.
