Reaching Out Across Durham
Reaching Out Across Durham (ROAD) is a social-inclusion programme, funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund.
ROAD is designed to help the residents of County Durham who are out of work and aged 25 and above to overcome barriers to employment. We help individuals find their potential and enable them to move into education, training or work. We do this by working closely with individuals to improve their confidence, develop their skills and promote knowledge, health and well being.
ROAD is available to those who are out of work and a resident of County Durham. Contact your local Navigator for free advice on Health & wellbeing, Financial & Digital Inclusion, Self-Employment & Enterprise and Volunteering.
